Prepare to be amazed! I mean….I was! For the third round of the elevated marinate competition, the contestants were tasked with creating a side dish or dish of their choosing. As a nutrition nerd, I must say this was the round I was really waiting for. I want to see people make delicious things without the addition of sugar. We all know sugar is delicious! But man this round was so damned awesome!
Our winner didn’t stop at creating one item. She created three separate items all infused with Müru CBD elixir and all to be served together. This is one serious party chiller! And it sounds incredible!
Mary Adams, aka @cbdchefmary, took our round 3 cake by creating homemade bread, goat cheese and olive tapenade all utilizing our CBD elixir. I have a major weakness for all things goat cheese and olives!
Thank you once again to our friends at Cannabis Cooking Magazine for organizing this competition!
Here’s the recipe for your very own three part party chiller!
MURU CBD 3 ways
Cheese, Bread, Tampanade
2 cups warm water
1 packet yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
4 droppers MURU water soluble cbd
3-4 cups all purpose flour
coarse cornmeal for dusting the pan
Start preheating the oven to 425F before you even take the ingredients out of the pantry.
Put the water, yeast, and sugar in the bowl of your mixer.
Mix briefly, just until blended.
Set in a warm place for ten minutes.
After ten minutes stir in the salt and 1 cup of the flour.
Using the dough hook mix on medium speed for about two minutes.
Add the cbd and rest of the flour, one half a cup at a time until you have a soft dough.
Knead for about five minutes until the dough is no longer sticky and dough is elastic.
Form the dough into two, long loaves on a heavy cookie sheet dusted with coarse cornmeal.
Allow the loaves to rise for ten minutes in a warm place if there is time. If not - just go straight to the next step.
Fill a two cup measure with cold water or a bowl with 3 cups of ice.
Put the loaves into the preheated oven and toss the water or ice on the oven floor.
Close the door quickly and don't open it until you are ready to take the bread out of the oven, 15 to 20 minutes later.
Cool slightly before cutting.
Original recipe on Babble. Adapted for cbd.

Bring milk to slow boil stirring so it doesn’t stick. Once it reaches 90 degrees remove from heat, add the vinegar.
Keep stirring until all curds are formed. The longer it cooks the together it will be.
Remove with cheese cloth lined strainer. Remove all water and add cbd, salt and pepper.
Form curds into log or ball. Let sit out for an hour. Then refrigerate. For smoother cheese put in blender.
Tomato olive CBD Tamponade
